I provide a 20-minute consultation via phone. During this initial call I would love to learn a little bit about you, what is bringing you into therapy and what you are looking for in a therapist. I also invite you to ask questions about me and my approach to see if we may be a good fit.

I offer online psychotherapy, consultation and supervision via video or telephone to anyone residing in California or New York.
Payment and Insurance
50-minute sessions cost $200 for individuals. However, I do have reduced fee spots available and use a four-tiered fee structure that is based on income and access, so please inquire. I do not accept insurance, but am happy to provide monthly invoices to submit for insurance reimbursement.
I acknowledge the Ohlone as the original stewards of the land upon which I live and conduct business. A percentage of my income goes directly to paying Shuumi land tax.
