about me

I am a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor based in Oakland, California, on unceded Ohlone land. My practice is informed by relational psychoanalysis, somatic therapy and my own trauma healing journey. I offer long-term depth therapy and clinical consultation to individuals residing in California and New York.

When I am not working, you can find me seeking creative experiences, reading, exploring natural environments and playing with my cat Mocha.

I received a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience and Religion from Arcadia University in 2012, where I focused on the manifestation of altered states of consciousness across many cultures, subcultures, and through various rituals. This journey sparked a deep desire in me to understand how we find meaning and transformation in our lives, ultimately leading me to pursue a career as a therapist. In 2017, I received a Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marywood University. Since then, I have continued to explore the processes of healing and change, particularly within the contexts of relationships, trauma, and the search for deeper meaning.

I bring a rich background of lived experiences that have significantly informed my practice as a therapist, allowing me to connect deeply with the challenges my clients face. You can expect me to approach our work together with curiosity, humor, and genuine emotional engagement, fostering a therapeutic space where exploration and growth can emerge.
